Kylie already had a good grasp of social media but wanted to take her coaching business to the next level. We worked together to optimise her profile, update her graphics, and change how she shared content, focusing more on videos.

After looking carefully at what we were doing, I changed our approach. Instead of just sharing recipes, we started giving out helpful information for people interested in plant-based diets. We did this to reach more people and become a trusted source in the plant-based community
The work- context:
During the three months we worked together, we made great progress. Our page got over 4,000 new followers, engagement went up by more than 109%, and we were getting about 2,500 new email subscribers every month.

Our main aim with Affirm it App was to reach more people and make spirituality easier to access through our app. This meant changing how we used our page, moving away from just sharing daily affirmations.
The goal of the project:
To do this, we added different resources to help users. We saw a lot more activity on social media and more people signing up for the free trial. We did this by trying out different types of content, mixing educational stuff with things that inspire, using videos, and making more content that's only available in our app.
The work- context:
Our changes worked. We got more people interested in what we're doing on social media, and more people signed up for the free trial. It showed that our new mix of educational and inspiring content was connecting with people, making spirituality more accessible through the Affirm it App and resulted in more paid customers signing for the app.
